Sometimes in life, it is possible to ‘get stuck’ - you may want to ‘make it’ in the world and become a huge success, or you may feel ‘blocked’ from moving forward due to an emotional problem.
Emotional problems can be a real obstacle to every day life - they can range from something that springs to mind occasionally that bothers you, (you may even know it needs sorting out but you try to just get on with things and carry on regardless), to something that is affecting you every minute of your waking day and that you cannot function because of.
Not achieving what you want to achieve can range from living an unfulfilled life to feeling incredibly frustrated - this could lead to profound effects to the self-esteem. Throughout life, we set goals for ourselves, and there can be times that we don’t always achieve these goals. This can be really damaging - if we allow it to be. However, we can change our pitfalls to turn things around, learning from them in the process, to make for a better future.
My mission is to enable people to achieve more in life and feel better. To do this, I use coaching and/or EFT to achieve things, or to bring about change, or to enable a person to achieve their full potential. To help people feel better with emotional difficulties, I use counselling, CBT and/or EFT.
