Payment OptionsPayment is either at the end of each session by cash or cheque, or in advance via PayPal or cheque. For all Skype sessions, payment is required in advance via PayPal or cheque. For all telephone sessions, payment is required in advance via PayPal or cheque. I am also able to operate on a ‘no-win, no-fee’ basis in legal claims for non-fault accident cases. Please note that I cannot apply discounted ‘packages’ as this breaches my professional code of conduct with the National UK Therapists Register. Cancellation FeesPlease note that I apply penalty fees for late cancellation of appointments. This is to enable other people who require an appointment the opportunity to do so as soon as possible and the cost of my rooms bookings. These penalty fees are: Less than 48 hours’ notice 50% of hourly fee Less than 24 hours’ notice 100% of hourly fee If you have paid in advance by Paypal or cheque, any refund if appropriate will be returned in compliance with the above save for a small administration fee. |
