What is EFT?
EFT (emotional freedom technique), I have found, is amazing.

It is like acupuncture - without the needles.  It is a ‘tapping’ technique - it works by using your fingers to tap the acupressure points on the body.  I have found the effects of EFT to occur very, very quickly - usually within the first session (although of course I cannot guarantee that this will immediately work for you personally as everyone is different, however, its effects have been noticeable and incredible very quickly indeed).

Do you know what the karate chop is, or have you ever done karate?  Well, the first point to start tapping is the “karate chop” part of the hand.  Then, by tapping on certain points of the body, and saying aloud the problem or something positive that you would like to happen, e.g. to increase salary, to start a relationship etc, it re-balances your energy system.  *It is that simple!  And it could really work!  (*Please note that I cannot guarantee it would work if you were to try this on your own without a qualified EFT practitioner who understands the process and can take you through it fully).  EFT really can be a magical experience and it has produced amazing results.  As an EFT practitioner, I guide people through the tapping process whilst at the same time saying aloud what people specifically want to work on.  The additional beauty of EFT is that you do not have to talk about a problem if you find it difficult to do so, for instance, if you have been raped, or attacked.  EFT can also work really well with young people who find it very difficult and embarrassing to talk about their problems, e.g. difficulties at school.

One of my EFT clients, as she was leaving after her first session, said to me, “Wow, you should bottle that!”

Another went even further, and said, “I don’t know how it’s happened, but you have changed my life!”

I also offer EFT by telephone as well as face-to-face and via Skype.
